How do I properly use my Lampe Berger?
To use your Lampe Berger, fill the lamp 2/3 full with your chosen fragrance, insert the burner, and let the wick soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner, wait 2 minutes, then blow out the flame. Place the protective top on and let it diffuse for 20-30 minutes for a standard-sized room.
What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Can I use other brands of fragrance oils in my Maison Berger products?
For optimal performance and safety, we strongly recommend using only Maison Berger Paris fragrances. Our perfumes are specifically formulated for our patented burner technology to ensure clean diffusion and long-lasting scent.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrance refills that have been opened or used.
Are Maison Berger fragrances safe for pets?
Our fragrances are developed according to strict quality standards. However, as with any home fragrance, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of pets. If your pet has specific respiratory sensitivities, consult with your veterinarian.
