Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused items, including the fragrance lamps and oils, in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
